I can't access my 2-Factor Authentication

Is your Google Authenticator out of sync? If so, try these steps to make sure that you have the correct time:

Step 1 - Go to the main menu on the Google Authenticator app
Step 2 - Tap More Moreand then Settings.
Step 3 - Tap Time correction for codes
Step 4 - Tap Sync now

On the next screen, the app will confirm that the time has been synced, and you should now be able to use your verification codes to sign in. The sync will only affect the internal time of your Google Authenticator app, and will not change your device’s Date & Time settings.

No longer have access to your Authenticator app?

We would like to get you being able to sign back in again. To do this we will have to disable your 2 factor authentication. Because this is a security concern that directly impacts account access, it is a more sensitive matter, and may take a while to verify your account or require further verification of your account and the request.


Please send us a message HERE, and if you can let us know: 

1) The last two transactions (payment or payout with Patreon) dollar amount and date
2) The last time you remember signing in successfully


We are sorry if this prevents access to your account- but we take account security VERY seriously, and would not want to remove the protection of 2 factor authentication without taking measures to ensure the validity of the request. Thank you for your understanding.
