In order to best prevent fraud, we must wait for 2 important events to occur before approving bonuses:
- Your patrons' payments must be processed. Patrons who delete their pledge before payments are processed will not be counted towards your final patron count. Declined credit cards will also be excluded from your final patron count.
- A formal account review process: After payments are processed, we have a review process where both accounts are reviewed for any fraudulent activity. This may take up to 15 days.
