What if someone is using my registered trademark as their username?

Trademark violations may involve using your company's name, logo or other trademark-protected materials in a way that may mislead or confuse others with regard to its brand or business affiliation.

Using another's trademark in a way that has nothing to do with the product or service for which the trademark was granted is not a trademark violation.

If you feel that someone on Patreon has violated your trademark, you can report a user with this short form and someone from our Trust and Safety team will follow up with you.

*Please note that account names/usernames/vanities are issued on a first-come, first-served basis and may not be reserved.
