If your credit card expires
If your credit card expires and you have the same credit card number, you can update your payment method with your new expiration day.
To do this, click the orange update or retry option to the right of your expired credit card and complete the form.
Have declined payments? Once you've updated your credit card information, click retry to re-enter your credit card information, and we'll reattempt to process your declined memberships payments.
Deleting a payment method?
You will not be able to delete a payment method with memberships tied to that payment method. You'll first need to add a new payment method to transfer your membership(s) to, or cancel your membership by clicking manage memberships.
When there are no memberships tied to the payment method you'd like to remove, you can click the remove link to the right of the payment method.
