Our billing cycle begins on the 1st of the month, at Midnight, Pacific time. After that point, a bill is been submitted to your card.
Even though you have deleted the pledge or the card itself, this will not stop the bill previously submitted to your card.
If you would like a refund you will need to reach out to the creator. As part of our policy, only creators can issue refunds for any payments made to them. In this situation, you’ll need to reach out to the creator and request a refund.
