If you navigate up to the drop-down menu on the top right of your account while logged in, you'll find a section called "your pledges." Clicking that will take you to a page that lists all of your active pledges to creators.
Clicking "pledge history" will show you a list of all pledges you have made to creators in the past, listed by month.
